Data processing and personal data protection

In pursuance of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (Personal data protection code), which replaced the law n. 675/1996, all personal data processing that our company carries out is based on principles of correctness, legality , transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of the parties the data refer to. Pursuance to article 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (ex article 10 law 675/1996) of the aforesaid law, we inform you that:

The personal data you spontaneously provide will be processed by our company, within the boundaries of the Privacy Code, for the following purposes: execution of commercial activities and procedure, transmission of commercial information concerning the products or the activities of the Tessitura Carlo Lamperti e Figlio S.p.A. and of its authorized dealers.

Your data are processed on paper format and/or through electronic or automated means.

Data communication is optional, except when necessary for services carried out to meet your demands or to comply with legal obligation and limited to Italian territory. Data communication related to name, surname, e-mail address and sale point is mandatory to offer you the requested service.

 Personal data allowing the disclosure of racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or of other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-unionist character, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life, are sensitive data and are processed under your previous written authorization;

All data can be communicated for the exclusive aforesaid purposes to third parties (such as banks and companies dealing with on-line payments) and to our representatives, cooperators and professionals operating on behalf of our firm. Moreover, all data can be communicated without your permission to our subsidiaries and related companies pursuant to art. 2359 c.c. (article 20, paragraph 1, letter h law 675/96).

Data processing is carried out by the aforesaid office and through electronic and digital systems of online data management and by the personnel, also externally identified, appointed from time to time.

The user may, at any time, exercise the rights acknowledged under Art.7 of the Privacy Code (already art. 13 of law n. 675/1996), in particular, the person concerned has the right to know the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you; to obtain without any delay the communication in an intelligible form of these data and of their origin, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully; to obtain the updating, rectification, that is integration of the data; information on the precise method the personal data is communicated or disseminated, unless this request is impossible or involves the use of resources that are manifestly out of proportion with respect to the protected right; you have the right to oppose, in all or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data that concern you, even if they are pertinent to the purpose of collection.

It remains understood that, with regard to the correct interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, in the event of any discrepancy between the original wording in Italian and the translation into any other language, the original wording in Italian shall be deemed the binding version.
